If you have any special types of construction needs - log homes, timber framed homes, alternative foundations, or any other unique construction, please call us. We have suppliers of these specialty items that we can recommend, or we will work with the supplier of your choice.

We keep in constant contact with you throughout the construction process. We will schedule our tradesmen in an efficient manor to avoid lengthy delays, and we are flexible with regards to items you may choose to complete yourself.

In addition to our on-site message board, we keep you informed of where on the schedule and when you need to make decisions to keep the project flowing smoothly.

Warranty

In addition to our industry leading warranty, we check in at one month, six months and one year to touch up any defects caused by framing or lumber shrinkage.

We are a Certified Energy Star Builder. We pay attention to details throughout the entire construction process to seal the structure against air infiltration.  The success of insulation is in the details when it is installed.  You can count on our homes to not waste your fuel dollars.


We started recycling cardboard, aluminum, and steel from job sites before it was in vogue. . Small wood scraps are used in wood stoves. We seek opportunities to donate plywood scraps to not-for-profits. We are active member of Tompkins County's Reuse Partners.
