The exterior trim for this lake front property was salvaged from the original structure before demolition. In its place this grand year-round home was constructed to serve this recently retired owners needs to entertain, run their consulting business, overnight friends and family and enjoy Cayuga Lake from their expansive porch. In addition to the original exterior trim, addition trim was replicated, the handrail is custom, and the fireplace and chimney is fieldstone much of which came from the property. Custom hickory trim in the kitchen and dining area matches the stock hickory cabinets. This is truly a one of a kind, which seamlessly blends the contemporary with pieces from the past and site stone.
