This project included new roof and siding; plus removing an efficiency apartment and single car garage and with this single story addition created a mother-in-law apartment

This old farm house renovation included complete gutting of all walls and ceilings, fixing deficient framing, new mechanicals (wiring & plumbing), and insulation. We replaced all the windows, then added a 24' x 52'  two story addition with kitchen, master bedroom suite, mudroom, and two car garage with a studio apartment over.
