Our Requirements
Full-time (40 to 45 hrs per week minimum) and part-time (24 hours minimum and regularly scheduled weekdays) carpenter positions in residential construction and or maintenance are available.
Excellent attitude is essential (willingness to learn the latest materials, methods and building science, ability to communicate, ability to plan, ability to be positive and humble, ability to take constructive criticism, ability to take direction). We provide on-the-job training to bring you up to speed with our standards and methods.
For experienced carpenters, basic residential construction skills we are looking for include attention to detail in all areas, and some experience level in some of the following: cleanup and site protection, framing, roofing, siding, flashing, air sealing, window and door installation, drywall hanging, trim, drywall finish, painting, flooring, trim work, cabinetry installation, basic electric, basic plumbing, basic masonry and Handyman skills are desirable. The ability to plan, communicate and work efficiently, work on basic tasks noted above with instruction and supervision, be on time and on the job daily and fill out required paperwork daily.

- Pay is weekly direct deposit with overtime over 40 hours worked
